Normally our Transformation Training camps are 28 days. However this camp is 6 weeks and each week includes 3, 60 min. sessions in addition to your regular training schedule.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (with our last 2 Saturdays hitting Montrose Hill for Interval and Bodyweight Training- Oh YEAH!!! ).
Again, All camp sessions are to be done in addition to your regular sessions.

Thursday the 15th - 5a.m. hour camp
Saturday the 17th - Interval Training 6a.m.
Tuesday the 20th - 5a.m. hour camp
Thursday the 22nd - 5a.m. hour camp
Yes we're giving you Memorial Weekend off
Tuesday the 27th - 5a.m. hour camp
Thursday the 29th - 5a.m. hour camp
Saturday the 31st Interval Training 6a.m.
Tuesday June 3rd - 5a.m. hour camp

First, we have only 8 spots for each camp, and as we receive your acceptances we will then create a compatible team... because this IS Training Camp. This camp will enable you to put all the components together to be successful in a shorter period of time. Your "perceptions" and habits will be challenged. To say that the camp will challenge your mental fortitude is an understatement. Do you think you're ready for an iron clad 100% fail proof system that will produce results???
