Normally our Transformation Training camps are 28 days. However this camp is 6 weeks and each week includes 3, 60 min. sessions in addition to your regular training schedule. 

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (with our last 2 Saturdays hitting Montrose Hill for Interval and Bodyweight Training- Oh YEAH!!! ). 

Again, All camp sessions are to be done in addition to your regular sessions.

Sunday, April 20th:  Pre-Camp Measurements at 11:30a.m. & Grocery Tour at 2:30p.m. at Whole Foods on Halsted.

Tuesday the 22nd - 5a.m. hour camp

Thursday the 24th - 5a.m. hour camp

Saturday the 26th - 6a.m. hour camp

Tuesday the 29th - 5a.m. hour camp

Thursday May 1st - 5a.m. hour camp

Saturday the 3rd - 6a.m. hour camp

Tuesday the 6th - 5a.m. hour camp

Thursday 8th - 5a.m. hour camp

Saturday the 10th - 6a.m. hour camp

Tuesday the 13th - 5a.m. hour camp

Thursday the 15th - 5a.m. hour camp

Saturday the 17th - Interval Training 6a.m.

First, we have only 8 spots for each camp, and as we receive your acceptances we will then create a compatible team... because this IS Training Camp.  This camp will enable you to put all the components together to be successful in a shorter period of time.  Your "perceptions" and habits will be challenged. To say that the camp will challenge your mental fortitude is an understatement.  Do you think you're ready for an iron clad 100% fail proof system that will produce results???
