By taking a scientific, methodical approach from the start of your program, we will show you how to achieve faster results and maintain them permanently. It's essential to understand how to exercise properly.

Our Exercise Science team knows this well and won't foolishly try to "pound you into the ground" during your first day . Instead you will learn the fundamentals of human movement, how to stress your body without causing strain, and why proper exercise technique is the basis for achieving fast results.

More frequency and volume means more information and work covered in fewer weeks. Now this is not to say that more is always better, but we're talking four 30 minute work outs per week. Through ongoing analysis, we'll be able to analyze your progress objectively and determine what you're doing well and what needs attention.

Ongoing data collection is a part of your Fitness Mojo program that's essential for consistent achievement and lasting results.The Progress Assessment is a 2-tier, in-depth analysis of Nutrition and Lifestyle.

By looking at changes in girth, lean mass, body fat and overall weight, we can determine how - if necessary - to adjust Nutrition and Lifestyle components so you achieve your goals.

Essential Vitamins

If you don't take vitamins you better start. A multi is barely minimum wage. Be sure to take a Multi, a B-complex, Vitamin C, and E. These are absolutely essential. If you live in Chicago or another metropolitan city the air you breath creates damage. How many times a week do you get to enjoy a nice "wiff" of car or bus exhuast? Be sure to Take your essential vitamins as it is nearly impossible to get all the nutrients you need from your food.
