By taking a scientific, methodical approach from the start of your program, we will show you how to achieve faster results and maintain them permanently. It's essential to understand how to exercise properly.
Our Exercise Science team knows this well and won't foolishly try to "pound you into the ground" during your first day . Instead you will learn the fundamentals of human movement, how to stress your body without causing strain, and why proper exercise technique is the basis for achieving fast results.

After your 2 hours of Pre-Training you'll have a good general understanding of how you will be training and what you will need to focus on like: flexibly issues, strength imbalances, and posture deviations... All the things that limit your efforts. Plus, you'll clearly understand our training approach and our coaching instructions, which means faster results in record time.
